SOLO (Mongrel)
MONGREL is a solo performance made up of commissioned, self-composed and other pieces in which Alwynne investigates the role of madman, shaman, alchemist, vocalist, diva and dog. The result is a collection of twenty-five short theatrical works that are a combination of tragic, grotesque, demanding and absurd. As a modular set of pieces that can be freely combined, each performance can be tailored to fit available resources: duration, technical and other requirements are flexible.
